Warming up the home with the oven… at the front a quiche with greens and mushroom from the community farm and the “fish fillets” are aubergine fillets… too bad i forgot the seaweed in the panko crust to give it a sea flavor… still good.

I’m not a vegan but Derek’s amazing recipies will certainly help me cut back further on meat consumption.
