Quick Movement Reset

Take five minutes to move. It helps when you've been sitting too long. Moving gets blood flowing to your brain. This helps you focus and feel more energized.

Here’s what to do:
Set a timer for 45 minutes of focused work.
When it goes off, stand up and stretch for two minutes.
Do 10 squats and 5 push-ups against your desk.
Then walk to get a drink of water before you start again. (1/2)
