One is from the CM sim I got, the other is from a random wifi in a restaurant.
Hotel & TFU airport wifi only supported legacy IP.

The DNS server seems to be open to any IP so have fun DIGing.
If anyone is wondering why random Chinese sending IPv4 traffic to their legacy IP, they send random IPv4 when spoofing blocked domains.
I once got to someone's router page trying to get to a blocked domain.
