Getzler Lab at KenyonCollegeHaving a very strange problem with the #NSF #report site. I need to resubmit a requested update from the PO. When I click on either "Submit Report" in "Available Actions" or "re-submit report" in the alert header I get the normal NSF-PAR warning, but when I click "Submit Now", nothing changes. This is consistent across browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Vivialdi) and has persistent for three days from both home and work networks and with or without VPNs. Help? Please? #IT #IThelp #help
After going a few rounds with NSF IT on this, I finally figure out that the VPN was the problem. I had been pausing the connection during submission attempts, but it also runs an ad/malicious website filter/blocker that was apparently interfering.
