@lovinurbanism I can't even count how many people I've explained to that beer is alcohol. And that their health and mental problems were caused by alcohol. And that their friend was killed by alcohol even though he was "just drinking beer". Sure, plenty of people in the more advanced stages of addiction will switch to more effective sources like cheap vodka and wine in plastic.
I have seen too many people die from alcohol culture in my profession (or leg amputation or alcoholic dementia).
