@tzimmer_history I appreciate your writing, and I have missed it. But I am especially motivated to subscribe because I have become so reliant on Substack for following real journalists, given the failure of legacy media to stand up to fascism.

It has not escaped my notice that, even discounting their promotion of right wing accounts, putting all my journalism eggs into the one basket of Substack is unwise.

I will become a paid subscriber in part because you’re on Steady…
