From its original CD-ROM, SimCity 3000 just didn't work for me on Windows 95. After some research, I could finally locate the official patches to v1.1 in English and German from 1999. Problem solved!

@3rz The SimCity 3000 updates to v1.1 were part of the SimCity 3000 Building Architect Tool (BAT) patches. When you unpack those files, you can extract the PATCH.EXE to have stand-alone updaters.
