New knife day! Brand new Kershaw Link 1776OLSW which joins my battered 1776NBBW. Olive handle, CPM20CV steel. Got a screaming deal from someone on a knife group I’ve been speaking with. Detent is a little stiff but it’s new so that’s to be expected. Will oil and mess with it a bit later. @dhry 20CV has incredible edge retention. It's hard to sharpen but you won't have to very often because it's so good.

@cetan I think it’s the only piece in my collection with that steel. Everything else is 8crmov or whatever the name is.

$60 brand new for this. Guy works near a sport and pawn store, has bought so much from them that they hooked him up with three of these @ $60 apiece and he offloaded one at cost, he paid shipping even. I freaking love it. Regular cost $160 on Kershaw’s site.
