I also started getting migraines after ME/CFS onset (age 29). I never had them before that.
Post-menopause I get migraines much less often and they are not as painful. I know this is not true for everyone! (for some they get worse, I think?) So I feel lucky that this happened for me.
@ahimsa_pdx Thank you! My migraines have been less frequent since menopause too! And my new glasses which I got through my optometrist instead of online seem to have made a big difference as well.
