@[email protected] LOL yes I use it mainly for posting so not too focussed on making money out of it. But I do find the Lightning Network very limiting in terms of what can accept and transfer it. I often have to do a two-step process to getting any funds out and into a wallet I can use.
I did discover more recently though that I can use vouchers that can be bought, and those will work online at one or two online stores we have, so that may be handy for me.

lpsI had a similar experience with nostr .. love the concept, hate the grifters:( from what I understand, rabble the dev of planetary social is working to make the network friendlier for regular people by allowing users to filter out/curate their timelines. https://nos.social/ sadly iOS only ATM

@[email protected] yep the problem is many/most/all of the ssb clients have not been updated for years. The Patchwork I've been using has gone into a reindexing loop a week ago, and despite all the normal hacks to refresh it, I'm not getting it to send posts anymore. Right now, I've locked myself out of ssb.
