Feeling let down by GoPro's replacement program. My Hero11 Mini failed after my trip, so I paid the $99 replacement fee and sent it in. It's now been a month since I opened the ticket, they have my old camera and my money, but no replacement in sight. Customer service has been slow with poor follow-up. I'm ready to ditch the GoPro ecosystem but really want my camera!

Some progress. GoPro sent me a UPS tracking number for the replacement. In fact, they sent me two numbers, one via a direct link, which turned out to be someone else’s tracking number, and I know this because that package was already delivered. In the UK. I am not in the UK.

But the other tracking number does appear to be an inbound delivery, hopefully it’ll show up this week.

It seems that all is not well at GoPro, certainly in terms of their customer service.
