God I love the Ren Faire. Also, sat next to a clearly right wing guy. We had a small political conversation that went well, and moved on to both cheer for Prince Miguel. There is a lot of fear out there but it’s good to be reminded sometimes that everyday people are not brainpoisoned from Twitter.

We didn’t talk about anything that happened lately, it was mainly just talking about what we do for work and he was respectful and I was too. He gendered me and my friend right, I showed interest in his talk about tariffs and auto parts, and then we clanked beers and yelled for our team.
