In her letter, #Navalnaya claims that ordinary #Russians are not to blame for #Russia’s war against #Ukraine,
but rather #Putin and the #Kremlin’s political elite. However, one might argue that it is ordinary #Russians who are fighting on #Ukrainian soil, committing war crimes, and enabling the invasion through their silence or support.
