FreediverX@freediverx after losing my very favorite Apollo I stopped using Reddit entirely for nearly a year. The only thing thatâs made it tolerable again is Sink It for Reddit on the App Store

I also miss Apollo. The killing of third party apps has dramatically reduced the time I spend on Reddit, given that itâs now unusable on mobile.
Sink it sounds interesting, but at a glance I donât think it restores the old style display of threaded comments without truncating and pushing users to other threads.
@freediverx Iâll let you decide. Getting the color coded threads was everything I wanted back, using old.reddit urls

Reddit the company is trash. Reddit communities OTOH reflect the real world with the full range of humanity from great to terrible. Same goes for individuals, who can have good and bad moments.
The Reddit app is most certainly trash, and the fascist CEO killed off the brilliant and popular third party apps.
On the web, their website is also mostly trash, but one can invoke the dated but functional old style UI by prefacing the url with âoldâ. As in old.reddit.com.
