@methark more info?
@on1arf - Of course.
The PDIPy Course, or Satellite Image Processing with Python, developed by Prof. Gustavo Baptista and Gustavo Ferreira and offered by the Digital Propulsion Laboratory, is 100% online, composed of 7 modules that aim to level theoretical knowledge, as well as allow the acquisition of expertise in the digital processing of remote sensing images using the Python programming language.

@methark @on1arf
I have been looking at receiving signals with satdump from weather satellites and how to interprete them: the 6 different channels, the sounders, etc.

This not only as a personal interest but also for cooperation between the amateurradio and the space/science communities.
So I very interested in what you do.

Is this course publically available?

@on1arf Thank you!

This course is free but have few places left. And, it is in Portuguese. I can give you the link if you want. :)

@methark Hum. Portuguese will be a problem, I fear. 🤔

But if the course mentions some links to other public resources you can share, feel free to drop it here. OK?

I am surely interested to learn more about it.

@on1arf Sure. Any material I'll share with you. No problem.
