I'm up early, having tea & boiling some eggs for breakfast. I have 3 client appointments today. The 1st is at 7:30am & the last is at 2pm. Mom has a medical appointment at 4pm that I'm accompanying her to.
I start working with fellow #CommunityArt #volunteers to build big mushroom houses for the forest tonight. Jessica Hickman is our art director for upcoming Esquimalt Lantern Festival & we're working out of The Shire - new arts hub that she bought with her husband (will also be new HQ for Mixed Media Monsters & The Wonderheads). We are using reeds, bamboo & wire to create tonight. At every art prep session, we're building different things to get ready for the annual lantern festival. It takes many different volunteers to make it a successful community event!
