ps. We’re well into salmon spawning season here on Vancouver Island. The Campbell River, an historic river for very large Chinook/Spring salmon, will soon see thousands (millions?) of these fish returning to spawn after four years at sea. The BIG ones are the “tyee,” or “King” salmon.
