I’m fed up with the limitations Apple’s Preview for reading PDFs. The Highlights and Notes are impossible to export natively and need 3rd party help that doesn’t always work. I’ve read some good things about Skim but it won’t work on iPad.

What do you good people out there do? (I will not entertain Adobe.)
