I received a radiogram in the mail on Friday.

Could someone here please advise me or point me to clear instructions on how to respond?

It's my first time.

@dulcedemon The easiest way is through the link below. Alternatively, if you’re a licensed amateur, you can join a local traffic net and originate your radiogram there. https://nts2.arrl.org/radiogram/
Radiogram – NTS

@dulcedemon If YOU are the intended recipient...the same way you would with an email. If it's someone you know, that would be obvious, but if not (like all the "congrats on your license" messages) it's completely up to you. No rules.

If you aren't the addressee, you should try and forward the message, or let the person who sent it to you know that you cannot. You shouldn't be receiving traffic to forward without your knowledge or consent however.

@dulcedemon Did your radiogram originate with a ham radio operator or from a non-ham?
@weezmgk A ham
@dulcedemon you can try to look up their callsign on QRZ.com and return a message via email.
