In-laws are coming over for cake & tea, to celebrate Younger Kidlet's birthday. I made a chocolate cake with mint Oreo frosting. I didn't have any mint extract so the flavoring isn't as strong as I would have liked. And, the frosting is not as bright as I would have liked. The more I worked it on the cake, the darker it got. Photo is a tall, 6" round 3 layer cake with green frosting mixed with oreos. Top of the cake is decorated with piped frosting & mint Oreos standing up. #food #baking
