FrankRecent aquisitions! These four Audi R8s were a grand total of $5 in auction as all the snazzy bigger models drew all the attention. Larger than 1:43 scale, all have Australian GT3 livery from about 2012 season.
Picked up these at auction cheaply too.
#4 is an Auto Union Silver Arrow Streamliner, for speed trials

The other is a LeMans replica for Audi
Auto Union Silver Arrows 16 cylinder engine. What a thing of beauty, they won many Grand Prix with these, even got over 400KPH out of them.
Pre WW2, Auto Union took a couple Silver Arrows to America to race. Schuco made this homage to the trip.
