Just finished cycling the 1st of my #SecretPlymouth routes. I already wrote the route guide for it, but wanted to get video of the route. Still to do the bingo card for the route (well, it makes things more interesting!) and that requires some further research and some more thinking.
While I am starting with #SecretPlymouth rides, I will be doing route guides for other towns and cities, too. If you want to get involved, give me a shout? What's the idea behind a #SecretCity route? Simple: it's an excuse to go cycle places you most likely never knew existed.
#SecretCity routes aren't about the destination. They're not rides you do because you wanted to go somewhere specific. Instead, they're all about the ride. Each route is a loop, and has at least some unknown or quirky bits. Each route will have a bingo card of things to find along the way.
Now, before you go "Hey Will, that's a genius idea!" let me say this clearly: yes, it IS a genius idea, but NOT *my* genius idea! No, I shamelessly stole the idea, but all will be revealed soon! Including full credit to the people whose idea it was.
