I mean, this is right on the nose - _right on the nose_ - to the core of their main issue. Either this counts as a red alert and they have a last opportunity to come out doing some actual effective fighting, or it doesn't because they like persecuting the icky queers, in which case they can SHUT THE FUCK UP forever about liberty and tyranny.

I don't think it's a big step to imagine which I think will happen.

Honestly kinda surprised. But the real question is whether they're _actually_ going to move on this, or just make a statement and drop it.

_Actually_ putting political force behind this would be _really good_ and _really important_. And frankly, I don't see how they can _not_ do it, if they actually do care _at all_ about second amendment rights.

Just making a statement is the correct first step. But it's not enough, they actually have to follow through.

@JustToOdd It's the NRA, I'm serious when I expect that was a big internal struggle. But if they give a single shit about what they pretend to care about, they have to.

GOA, for all their many, many flaws (and craziness at the top, historically) do, at least, seem to keep the laser focused at all time.
