My son just went to #MontSaintMichel last month and described the tides and the tight window in which to make the visit.

Of course the architecture and history are amazing, but the quicksand experience grabbed my attention. His tour guides showed him how to "play" in the quicksand (as if it is a spa) and come out alive to tell the story! Not sure if all tours do that.

This is now very high on our list of places to visit on our next trip to #France
