It's laptops local third party replacement parts are of terrible quality. (Even they are not easy to find.) The touchpad responsiveness is often poor. Keyboard keys come off within days.
The original spare parts when available are relatively very expensive compared to that of Dell or HP.
At this point it feels like it's part of Lenovo's strategy.
Is it?
We currently have 6 laptops held for repair. Few of them awaiting cost approval from the clients. In the case of Lenovo, customers are left wondering if part repair/replacement is worth the cost.
