Robin FrostOoh squee it shouldn't make me as glad as it does but the #ComcastEmail lives another day thanks to @AiraVI agent Brenton. My hero of the day. Their site had an allow third party apps check box that screen readers didn't even see as a checkbox but Brenton could click it just fine.
Well, after all of that, the poor #ComcastEmailAddress still appears to be not functional and dead. That just makes me love my #Fastmail address all the more. #WorthEveryPenny it costs me. Stil, it was a joy to speak to #Brenton so nothing is ever wasted.
Amy@robini71 I haven’t had to use a Comcast email address or one from my isp in over a decade. Regardless of the method, I highly recommend not having to depend on your internet provider for your email.
@amy0223 As I indicated, I hadn’t used mine for anything significant at all since 2007. It was simply a souvenir of a bygone era as it were. But now that it isn’t working, it is just that a souvenir with which I will probably part.
Maryann Murad@robini71 I thought I read somewhere that Comcast was getting rid of all of their email addresses. I don’t know if it’s true but it sounds like it might be since you’re having an issue. Seems like they’d have to notify people and then enough time but who knows. Good luck.
