As part of my tentative attempts at de-googling, I've just set up a @nextcloud account with @thegoodcloud.

Does anyone have experience using these products and services? I'm hoping for good things!

Hi #NextCloud users, i am a freelancer and want to move my Docs, Mail and Website from microsoft to #OpenSource.
I think i have to choose between
1) #thegood.cloud + #collabora_office + #protonmail +3d party website
2) #Proton Drive+Docs+Sheets+Mail
3) #ProcoliX (nextcloud +mailserver host +website host)

Do you see something you would prefer in my list or something to avoid?

Do you have experiences with the mail client of NextCloud?

@danie1 you could check out #onlyoffice and #infomaniak mail service.

Those were my choices when I moved away from #microsoft365.

@nils_ramsperger thanks Nils, I checked these firms and they look as an easy step if you come from Microsoft apps.
But I already decided to abandon the big commercial players and go for companies that can't be sold to big tech and use open source software.
So I narrowed my choice to the solutions experts recommended me.
Edit: and the apps should support Open Document standards ODS and ODT
