@plactagonic exactly. The mount point ("panák") was optimized for original frame without suspended rear wheel. The angle of the chain changed slightly when suspended rear fork was added, and even the modified derailer was unable to reach the easiest (smallest) cogwheel. Now the derailer is standard, unmodified, and it works (more or less, not really perfectly, needs some tuning, as usual).
