I remember when they bought ihug, then 6 months later abruptly cut us off for allegedly not paying our bills for 6 months.
"Ohh that doesn't look right, I will reopen your account while we investigate where the money you paid went"
Few days latter cut us off again.
Stuffed us around for weeks.
Wouldn't answer emails or faxes. I started faxing them multiple times a day for two weeks.
Didn't stay with them.
