One big highlight for me during #why2025 was the bread in heaven from DasBrot Rotterdam. Lotte’s @cookingroffa bakery makes amazing bread and the kitchen crew delivered it perfectly to us hungry hackers.

I’m very happy i got to take some leftover loaves home at the end of teardown. I bake sourdough bread myself and i can’t even get close to this level of fluffy bread goodness.
