Cuuute 🥰

Grazie, pascaline. He’s quirkier now, lol. Tuxedos are the two tone comedians of cats. Orange tabbies are the adorably weird, Siamese the anally retentive and all black kitties the most solemn and mysterious. Which leaves being wild to the tigers, sedate to gray guys, gigantic and floofy to Maine Coons and artistic to Calicos.

@SherBeareth

What do you make of this model then? Guess.

@pascaline

Aah. The rare (and stunning) wildly weird striped Autumn Hued hunter. Flirting with being vegan. But not planning to go through with it. 🧡

@SherBeareth

😂
And he mostly hunts cabbage, although he is the best fly catcher I ever had. It is precisely this that reassures me: he is the slowest, calmest, most relaxed cat I ever had. The vet was cautious when she saw him "Oh, a Bengal." and showed me her scar. "Of all the cats... only Bengals..." she said. She fell in love with him and could not believe how meek he is. So, she really was happy when he came back for the check-up and even took a video because, well, she adooores him 😂

@pascaline Oh that’s so sweet!! Bengals are the coolest cats. I had one mostly mild-mannered Siamese for 23 years, he rarely showed even mild disapproval. It’s fun when they develop contrary to breed.
@SherBeareth
Siamese, wonderful 💖 I had an Eastern Shorthair, female, very sweet.
My first Bengal was from the streets, a bit damaged and hard as a dog! He didn't 'belong' to anyone, no chip.
I just picked him up one day and took him in!
He was really not used to being inside and didn't know how to walk on the smooth floor, he often slipped in the beginning. But he was the purest soul and had absolutely no hidden agenda. I still miss him so much. He never scratched or bit, he was so, so sweet.
@pascaline Sounds terrific. Rescues are the best. In Vermont it’s relatively easy to locate a dairy farm litter in need of homes, but a lot of kittens do go to shelters. Of course they’re hooked on milk.
@SherBeareth while my Archie was never a glasses thief, he certainly had his big kitten eyes on them
