Look at all the blooming lupines on the side of the mountain, looking like purple lava flowing down the mountain! They're doing what they do best: preventing erosion. I think I shot this near Flateyri in Westfjords, Iceland. (June 2019)

@firda Wow, I didn't realize that until I read it. I didn't even realize they were flowers; I thought they were lava. How do they grow like that?
