Feeling disappointed with my #RazerEdge at the moment. It’s not as much of an improvement over my old Galaxy S10 5G as I expected. I can’t get the Persona dancing games to run well, Tokyo Mirage Sessions isn’t great; even The Last Story on Wii has a lot of slowdown at just 720p.
I assume the PS2 games that were a bit slow on my S10 will be better but I haven’t tried yet. I still need to try P5X too…

After doing some side-by-side comparisons between my new #RazerEdge and my old Galaxy S10 5G, it’s become clear to me the Edge is significantly better than the S10.

The display area for 16:9 and 4:3 content is slightly smaller on the Edge but it’s a brighter panel with a much higher refresh rate and it’s not curved.

I also think the speakers are better on the Edge, and while it’s not as powerful as I was hoping, it can run Twisted Metal Black upscaled x1.75 at a very smooth 60 FPS, which the S10 definitely could not do!

@oldthink34 Watching you try out handheld after handheld, I wonder - what's the advantage over something like a Steam Deck or a Switch? I'd guess the Steam Deck is too bulky and the Switch is not compatible enough?

@wildrikku I have a Switch OLED. I can’t find anything for it with good ergonomics and good inputs. It’s always one or the other. I’ve tried so many different grips and joy-con alternatives. Plus, the games I like to play that have good performance and good visuals are very slim.

I’d love a Steam Deck OLED but it’s too expensive.
