My last visit was in 2019 & since then the city has changed a lot - from trams riding different routes to lots of new housing developments. Many of the new places look like examples for #gentrification, temporary apartments with chain stores & restaurants below. Staying in the #YouthHostel on #Katajanokka feels almost like a subversive act in the face of the commercialisation of tourism here.
