The UK's "equality watchdog" EHRC just proposed all trans people be barred from single sex spaces aligning with their gender and trans men be barred from all single sex spaces regardless of gender.

This is segregation. If a trans person can't go to the cinema without going to the special "tranny toilet" in the back then there's no other word for it.

if they have any morality businesses will respond by making all toilets unisex. But I suspect this will only be done at smaller venues where the cost of adding more facilities becomes a factor.
Worse that won't do anything for those single sex spaces that exist for more serious reasons.
