It’s new hashtag time. I plan to tag posts around my journey into #solarpower and #electricvehicles with my personal hashtag #L8goesSolarElectric - mainly to be able to see those posts myself.
I’m doing the same for music with #l8n8music and for my sabbatical with #L8Sabbatical .
It will be mixed English and German because I tend to use language based on relevance.
Im currently waiting for the delivery of my first fully electric car, a #Renault5etech. 7 years ago, I bought a #PluginHybrid car, which I thing was a good decision then because of the prices. But for at least the last 2-3 years it felt cumbersome.
And yesterday I ordered an #AnkerSolix #BalkonSolar set intending to get some of the #HomeCharging done using the sun.
For the time being I just ordered a set trying not to go into nerd mode. I’m starting with 4 panels / 2.000 W and ~5 kWh battery storage. I think I’ll have to learn how this works and what I need for storage and management.
Jetzt warte ich auf die hoffentlich schnelle Lieferung - dann you, #delayedGratification. Ich brauche den #SmartMeter, damit ich einen Elektriker für den Einbau beauftragen kann - das wird lustig, Handwerker in DE haben ja den Ruf, sehr schnell kleine Aufträge einzuplanen.
Der Elektriker hat dann mal Mitte September einen Termin. Ich habe es aber auch nicht bei allen in der Gegend versucht.
Mal überlegen, ob ich die #SteckerSolarAnlage provisorisch aufbauen kann. Dafür müsste die Solarbank dann erstmal im hat angeschlossen werden. Der Elektriker soll die Elektroinstallation in der Garage auf Vordermann bringen, bevor ich da größere Lasten anschließe.
@iamlayer8 nothing like all electric all the time! Speeding up, slowing down, sitting at idle, with heat or ac on as required. Quiet, powerful, comfortable, reliable.
