I am thinking of getting a bat house for the end of the yard!
Love night pollinators, etc
Any advice?
This is for urban Denver
Note that we DO see bats already in the yard around dusk naturally, hunting insects...
Thanks in advance!

@GregCocks from my research, it's better to avoid putting it on trees because predators are good at climbing trees. Also recommend getting a house with multiple chambers and avoiding ones with wire mesh (they can get tangled and cut by it, especially as it ages)
@GregCocks other things I remember. You want to put them at least 15 ft up and 30 ft away from tree canopy if possible, again because predators.
South facing is preferred because the bats like it warm. They also suggested putting up multiple in different locations so the bats could switch around as the season progressed.
