Why are we not seeing serious mass protests in Washington?

@ckd they are happening all over this country have you been to one? I have been to several.

No, I'm in Europe, so I have to rely on the news.

But still, the protests don't seem to be in proportion to the problem, yet.

I have to admit: From this side of the pond it looks dramatic and we're worrying whether there will even be another election in 3.5 years...

We've seen it all before in Europe, but never at this rate!
