This iconic Kale- Chicken curry I used to make in Toronto was an accident and one of my #favourites to this date.

*#Ghee is clarified #butter.
Marinate the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes with lots of turmeric, #blackpepper and #lemon juice

#recipe 6 pices of #drumstickchicken pices
#Kale - chopped and as much as you want
#coconutoil , onion, #coconutmilk , #ghee, 1 big chilli, #salt
Spices - #turmeric , #cumin (optional)

*continued in replies.

In a saucepan, heat up oil and then saute onion and chilli with 1 pinch of turmeric and salt (to taste) each. Once the onions are pink, add the drumsticks and 1/2 a cup of water and let it boil. Keep the pan open and on low simmer. Add more water so the chicken pieces won't roast. Once the chicken is done, the real cooking begins.
If there is no #curry (water), add 1/4 cup. Add Kale. After 8-10 minutes, add 1 tsp on ghee along with coconut milk. Milk should be added only at the late stage.
Oh shoot! I forgot to add garlic to the recipe. Chop in garlic along with onion and saute them.
