@young_ullrich @nocontexttrek I gather that was for dramatic effect. As I recall, they used the same bridge set from the TV series, hence smashing it to smithereens with the demise of Enterprise-D. But it doesn’t make any sense why the Ent-D crew would’ve removed many of the bridge lightbulbs between “All Good Things” and this movie. The power savings on the warp core would’ve been quite infinitesimal. Listen to Picard’s dialog in his ready room, sounds very hollow/tinny, like on a soundstage.
