Under the Trump administration, DHS has chosen to violate the law which allows for unannounced visits by Members of Congress to DHS facilities, instructing local ICE staff to deny me entry last month, despite my Congressional oversight authority.

@kellyromanych @GottaLaff They're definitely not the only ones who have been denied entry. Most of Maryland's delegation except Raskin (Mfume, Ivey, Elfreth, Olszewski & both senators) were just denied entry to Baltimore's ICE detention facility a couple of days ago.
