ℹ️ The third round of direct negotiations between #Ukraine and the #Russian_Federation will start at 19:00 local time. The meeting will be chaired by the #Turkish Foreign Minister #Hakan_Fidan at the #Ciragan_Palace.

The #Ukrainian delegation is headed by #Rustem_Umerov, the #Russian one by the "historian" #Medinsky.
