Somebody pretending to be Secretary of State Marco Rubio contacted foreign ministers, a U.S. governor and a member of Congress using artificial intelligence-powered software to mimic Marco's voice.
The listeners were alerted to the fraud when they heard Marco speaking with any intelligence whatsoever, and immediately knew something was amok.
