This is not a vague "but couldn't that money solve world hunger?" This is him having a specific amount of money and an organization with a plan to use it to solve world hunger, and him saying "no".
Also, it was a prelude to him intentionally killing millions by ending USAID.
Oh yeah, I watched his perfidy unfold.
