@pixelglade I hereby crack my hands outward and roll 2d8 for intimidation.

I request...!
A flowchart and/or decision tree for actually iterating a damn project (e.g. make a short Visual Novel with multiple choices that affect dialogue, but nothing too fancy).
And/or printable digital document form (thing) to make into a project master file.

Basically, I need the "friend who got their shit together and is now shoving you into sorting yours" version of project managment.

Bonus points if you make them a character sheet and scenarios (?)

Oh gosh. Well, I don't think a decision tree will go very well onto any merch that Printful or Redbubble sells - haha. I personally haven't made any visual novels myself on the code side, just visual mock ups, but what I can recommend is the Ren'Py community. They've got a lot of experienced people on there who can help with the coding and visual and anything else side of visual novel making, I bet you some would have good ideas for project management as well. My only advice is focus on 1 thing at a time. If the project is too big it's overwhelming, just focus on a character design first, or deciding on something even smaller than that. (Not sure if this passes the skill check as a reply!)
