@scrumschau In theory the theory and practice are one and the same. In practice, they are not.
I'm yet about to work in an Organisation that would not define themselves as agile/Scrum factory and not use some form of estimates.

My boss has told me to do that, in order to make the group look better. But also, to keep each ticket focused, as the task evolves and grows, so that the issue database is more easily searchable.
