BoscoI was hoping for a better antenna for the Motorola MTP850. But the old one is better. Does anyone have experience with antennas for the MTP850 Tetra devices?
Ret@BoscoLab in terms of Motorola-manufactured stuff, that's the best you'll get I think 
I've never looked at the mechanical mounting for the antennas but they are single-ended (no ground connection) which limits options for adapting it to SMA etc.
There's an RF switch port on the back (meant for service and car-kit connection) but the connectors are rare to find.
