🚨 Today, we've filed complaints against TikTok, AliExpress and WeChat

👉 All three tech companies have failed to comply with access requests under Article 15 GDPR.  This makes it impossible for European users to exercise their fundamental right to privacy, to find out how their personal data is being processed.

How TikTok, AliExpress & WeChat ignore your GDPR rights

All three companies failed to adequately answer the complainants' access requests

@noybeu so does every #GAFAM that illegally collects #PII against peoples' explicitly declined consent.

I mean, #Shitter refuses to comply with my request to hand over my data for over a year now, and I think they gonna go full #DelayDeposeDeny on me if I'm not gonna cough up €€€ to get some lawyer on their ass...

@noybeu
I have sent several Article 15 requests to german companies, and NOT EVEN ONCE have I received information about _how_ my data is being use, or which subprocessors the data went to.

Can you sue those, too, please?

Is there a 'minimal viable product' for Article 15 defined, i.e. how can data subjects tell if the answer satisfies the law?

@noybeu I fear you can add a lot more services to this list - the list with „who has implemented data access“ in a proper way might be way shorter.
