@noodlemaz @Strandjunker Even without victim names a good victim statement would include details like time and date, location, names of other people who they interacted with (who may be innocent or who may be unindicted and just presumed innocent). These clues can lead a determined investigator to be able to deduce the victim's identity. Redact all that and it looks like something nefarious is being covered up even when the redactions are made in good faith.
