That crap is really bad for you. Better than nothing if you're desperate, but if you have other choices? Don't eat the spam. π

cognitively accessible math@HamonWry I don't remember. I think I might have tried it at a potluck or something but I was taught that superprocessed stuff was to be avoided from childhood.
Mark Asser@HamonWry A couple of times, in my childhood, under duress. It was served up by an elderly relative who'd had her tastebuds shot off in the war. I remember it as horrible.
